Welcome to Week 9. In this edition of the Deep Dive Fantasy Newsletter, I give out some waiver wire adds, players to consider streaming, and the most recent articles at 4for4.

There are just two teams on byes this week (the 49ers & Steelers) so hopefully the waiver wire scramble is less intense. Here are some players that could help out ahead of this week’s slate.

🐶 Cedric Tillman, WR - Browns (20% rostered)

Tillman has seen a 22.5% target share over the last two weeks which he’s turned into 15 receptions for 180 yards, two touchdowns, and a two-point conversion. With Amari Cooper now in Buffalo he appears to be a key piece in this new passing attack led by Jameis Winston.

🧢 Tyrone Tracy, RB - Giants (52% rostered)

His takeover of the Giants backfield has been apparent for a few weeks, but on MNF Tracy was the clear RB1 for New York. The rookie had 22 touches against the Steelers and dropped a whopping 22.0 half-PPR points in the loss. Tracy did leave the game on the last drive with a head injury so he could be in the concussion protocol in Week 9, which isn’t ideal considering the Giants have a short week. He’s worth adding either way if available in your league.

🦬 Keon Coleman, WR - Bills (42% rostered)

The rookie was likely dropped in your league after the Amari Cooper trade and has of course balled out over the last two weeks. Coleman has turned 14 targets into 195 yards and a touchdown and seems to have developed chemistry with Josh Allen and should be a fantasy asset moving forward.

✈️ Braelen Allen, RB - Jets (37% rostered)

The Jets aren’t exactly a sought-after offense but Allen is quietly adding points each week. He had double-digit rushing attempts for the second time in 2024 on Sunday and even found the end zone. Breece Hall’s job is not in jeopardy but Allen could be a league winner if anything were to happen to him.
