🏆 Fantasy Football Hardware

Dynasty Roundup Ahead of the Senior Bowl

In partnership with

The Super Bowl is set and now we wait, or slightly wait depending on how you feel about the matchup between the Chiefs and Eagles. In today’s newsletter, I go shopping for some fantasy football merch, plus we’ll hear from Ryan McDowell from DLF on some pertinent dynasty rookie info.

Let’s talk fantasy football hardware. Now that the season is over it’s a great time to assess your leagues and maybe decide on some new prizes, trophies, or the like, along with the last-place stuff, too. I combed through the many options out there and wanted to highlight some of the best ones I found.

Rings

Trophy Smack offers a large variety of rings with bling levels to fit all fantasy football managers’ tastes. First, there’s this raised Goat version. It could be painful for others if it comes into contact, so be careful when wearing this bad boy.

And also this multi-finger option leaves no doubt who came out on top.

Want a wedding band that shows off your fantasy football prowess? I found that, too on Etsy.

Trophies

Some leagues just use their old high school trophies and repurpose them for fantasy football, but there are so many fun and interesting options out there for those wanting that extra oomph.

This first one reminds me of Kyle Brandt’s Angry Runs. Showcase that fantasy beast mentality with this one, plus it’s inexpensive compared to many options out there. ($35.00). It can be found at Fantasy Jocks along with many other interesting options.

Want your own version of a Stanley Cup-like trophy that allows you to savor your victory for an entire year? This quirky beer mug trophy is a great way to keep that championship alive through the offseason and it can also be found at Fantasy Jocks.

If you’re looking for a hearty, really classically beautiful fantasy football trophy, this one from Trophy Smack is one of my favorites of that genre. It’s the Perpetual Fantasy Football Trophy in black with customizable colored columns.

Belts

Championship belts remind all your league mates who took the title in grand style and there are plenty out there to choose from.

This first one has a throwback feel to the era when helmets were either optional or leather, offering a nostalgic, less blingy aesthetic. The Brown Bomber Belt can be found at Fantasy Jocks.

The Ultimate FANTASY FOOTBALL Custom Championship Belt is six pounds of solid metal and is fully customizable down to the strap color, finish, ribbon color across the front, and clip art options on the front and sides. It’s found at Trophy Smack.

Losers

Why give the traditional toilet brush when there are so many amazing options for the last-place team to have to hang onto for a year?

This toilet sculpture from Crown Awards is fully customizable with several looser-ish options and is very affordable starting at just $12.99.

This toilet seat is a fun way to humiliate the last-place finisher in any league. It’s an authentic, full-size seat that could come with having to actually use it if you want to really punish them throughout the year. It’s at Trophy Smack.

Candles are always good gifts, especially when they taunt. “Infused with a hint of bad luck and poor management”. These are found at Etsy.

Also on Etsy, this adorable Dumpster Fire “trophy” is the perfect way to have losers showcase their lack of fantasy prowess the whole year through.

Welcome to DLF Roundup. Each week, Ryan McDowell brings you a quick look at some of the dynasty happenings at Dynasty League Football.

If you haven’t checked out DLF lately, you are missing a ton of 2025 rookie content. The current NFL season only has one game remaining, but dynasty players have already moved on to the upcoming rookie class. The NFL Combine takes place next month and then Pro Days and mock drafts will dominate the news cycle as we count down the days until the NFL Draft.

Ryan has a mock draft every Monday during the offseason, and here’s an excerpt from the one he posted two days ago on DLF.

In this week’s Monday Mock, I want to focus on the players attending the Senior Bowl. (And after you check out this mock draft, make sure to read Joe Cretini’s Senior Bowl Preview article for more in-depth coverage.) I don’t consider any of these players locked to be first-round picks in dynasty rookie draft and that is certainly true about the NFL Draft as well, so each of these players has a lot to gain in the coming days. Here’s your Senior Bowl-only rookie mock draft, based on a superflex dynasty league.

ROUND ONE:

1.01 – Jalen Milroe, QB Once you get beyond the top tier or two of rookies, it becomes a real challenge to choose between a quarterback and all other positions in superflex leagues. Looking over the fantasy-relevant players on this week’s Senior Bowl rosters, I think Jalen Milroe has the best chance of becoming a first-round NFL Draft pick, and that’s enough to earn him the top spot in this mock. Milroe has some clear warts and the struggles of a player like Anthony Richardson could actually impact the way we view the former Alabama quarterback. Like Richardson, the upside and overall athletic ability Milroe possesses will be enough to draw in some dynasty managers, but will he hook an NFL team? This week will begin to tell that story.

1.02 – Jaxson Dart, QB From a dynasty standpoint, I actually prefer former Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart over Milroe, but the latter is more likely to earn better draft capital. Dart enjoyed another big season for the Rebels, posting some gaudy counting stats and leading the country with his 180.7 passer rating. Dart has one of the strongest arms in the class and has just enough mobility to catch the interest of dynasty managers. Dart is currently projected as a Day Two pick, but so are most other players on this list. In a superflex league, I’m drafting the Day Two quarterback over the Day Two wideout nearly every time.

1.03 – Elic Ayomanor, WR One of my favorite prospects in this class is former Stanford receiver Elic Ayomanor, who has become a trendy longshot pick to be selected in the late-first round. While I doubt that actually happens, Ayomanor (and most wideouts in Mobile) will have the chance to separate themselves from the pack this week. Ayomanor plays even bigger than his 6’2”, 210-pound frame as one of the more physical wideouts in the class.

Stick with DLF for the next few weeks and months and we’ll continue to churn out rookie content to help you crush your dynasty drafts.
