We’re on the final approach when it comes to draft season and before you sit down to virtually select your team, or head over to a bar or league mate’s house for the live version, here’s a look at some of the biggest risers and fallers in ADP over the last five days.

🚀 Marvin Mims, WR (DEN): Was: 140.7, Now: 128.3, Jump: 12.4

With Jerry Jeudy sidelined due to a hamstring injury, Mims’ ADP has risen over the last week or so. News broke that Jeudy would remain on the active roster, though, so he could be ready in the next few weeks. Consider Mims a WR5 with WR4 potential.

🚀 Adam Thielen, WR (CAR) : Was: 156.8, Now: 149, Jump: 7.8

Just when drafters were ready to send Thielen out to pasture, he went and had a solid preseason, connecting with rookie Bryce Young for 63 yards and a touchdown on six receptions. It’s tough to decipher how this new-look offense will play out, but even with the spike of over half of a round, the former Viking is leaving boards as the WR65 and is worth a late-round stab.

🚀 Tyjae Spears, RB (TEN): Was: 168.3, Now: 160.8, Jump: 7.5

After a solid first offseason in the NFL, rookie Spears is poised to take over for Derrick Henry in the future, and will likely get some passing and spell work in 2023. Currently a 16th-rounder, Spears makes for a nice late-round grab and rookie RBs tend to produce more as the season progresses.

🪂 Kyler Murray, QB (ARI): Was: 166.8, Now: 182. Slide: 15.2

The Cardinals’ QB is starting out the season on the PUP list which is not a surprise and will be required to sit out at least four games. He’s down to QB25 in the 16th round.

🪂 Jerry Jeudy, WR (DEN): Was: 42.2, Now: 55.7, Slide: 13.5

While the hamstring injury he suffered in practice may scare some drafters, the Broncos did not place him on the PUP list meaning he should be back in a few weeks. Jeudy is now a WR3 in ADP and if he can recover quickly, could be a nice value. Hamstrings can be tricky though, so be sure to have depth if you take the plunge.

🪂 Zamir White, RB (LV): Was: 168, Now: 179.5, Slide: 11.5

The former UGA RB experienced a nice little ride up the ADP escalator with Josh Jacobs holding out, but now that Jacobs is back with the team, White is relegated to backup duties along with Ameer Abdullah.

The RB position is a fairly deep one in 2023 and there are some solid options further down the draft board. I’ve highlighted some of the best backup rushers to target based on upside, stand-alone value, and of course, league-winning potential if something were to happen to the RB in front of them on the depth chart.
