😎 New Team Who Dis?

Dynasty, too!

This week I go through the best fantasy addition to each of the 32 NFL teams, and we get some dynasty love from DLF.

With OTAs and minicamps underway, former free agents, rookies, and even some traded players are getting their first workouts and practices in with their new teams. Here’s a look at the best fantasy-relevant addition to each NFL team this offseason and how to draft them.

*all ranks and ADP are for half-PPR scoring using 4for4’s ranks and multi-site ADP tool.

🪺 Arizona Cardinals - Jacoby Brissett (QB) The Cards didn’t add much fantasy relevancy this offseason, but Brissett is a solid insurance policy. 4for4 Rank: QB60 ADP: N/A

🪺 Atlanta Falcons - N/A

No major fantasy-relevant additions this offseason

🪺 Baltimore Ravens - Tyler Loop (K) I’m sure you expected to see DeAndre Hopkins here, but I think the rookie kicker will score more fantasy points in 2025. Justin Tucker is out, and the Loop era begins in Baltimore. 4for4 Rank: K10 ADP: N/A

🦬 Buffalo Bills - Joshua Palmer (WR) The Bills WR room is a bit cloudy with Khail Shakir, Keon Coleman, Curtis Palmer, Elijah Moore, and Palmer now in the mix. Good thing they have arguably the best QB in the NFL. 4for4 Rank: WR73 ADP: 176, WR70

🐈‍⬛ Carolina Panthers - Tetairoa McMillan(WR) The rookie should be an immediate outside target for Bryce Young. 4for4 Rank: WR50 ADP: 50, WR23

🐻 Chicago Bears - Luther Burden (WR) There are several new additions here, but Burden has the best shot for fantasy relevance in 2025. 4for4 Rank: WR93 ADP: 112, WR50

🐯 Cincinnati Bengals - N/A - No major fantasy-relevant additions this offseason

🐶 Cleveland Browns - Quinshon Judkins (RB) The QB situation in Cleveland isn’t ideal, but at least there’s a new early down thumper in town. 4for4 Rank: RB27 ADP: 65, RB24

🤠 Dallas Cowboys - George Pickens (WR) It’s a fresh start for Pickens, as he was traded to Dallas earlier this month. He gets a QB upgrade and should be considered a WR3 heading into 2025. 4for4 Rank: WR36 ADP: 67, WR31

🐴 Denver Broncos - RJ Harvey (RB) The rookie has a clear path to volume as a second-round pick for Sean Payton. He’s an RB2 with Top 14 upside. 4for4 Rank: RB17 ADP: 54, RB20

🦁 Detroit Lions - Isaac TeSlaa (WR) This team is still stacked with weapons, so targets may be hard to come by in 2025. However, the athletic rookie is one injury away from possible relevance. 4for4 Rank: WR113 ADP: 249, WR97

🧀 Green Bay Packers - Matthew Golden (WR) The Packers finally drafted a first-round WR, making things even cloudier for fantasy purposes. Jordan Love spreads it around, so temper expectations for the rookie this season. 4for4 Rank: WR57 ADP: 104, WR47

🐂 Houston Texans - Christian Kirk (WR) While Houston also drafted Jaylin Noel and Jayden Higgins at WR, Kirk should have more relevance for our purposes in 2025. He’ll step into the slot role with Tank Dell likely shelved for most of the season, but doesn’t have much of a ceiling. 4for4 Ranks: WR56 ADP: 137, RB14, WR57

🧲 Indianapolis Colts - Tyler Warren (TE ) The Colts are TE collectors, and they now have a shiny new one in Warren. The pass quality is in question, so it’s tough to see anything more than a TE2 output in his rookie campaign. 4for4 Rank: TE16 ADP: 103, TE10

🐆 Jacksonville Jaguars - Travis Hunter (WR) The No. 2 overall pick has a chance for high volume alongside Brian Thomas. If he is featured on offense, Hunter has WR3 value with upside in 2025. 4for4 Rank: WR31 ADP: 62, WR29

Kansas City Chiefs - Jalen Royals (WR) He’ll be competing for a depth role behind Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy, and Hollywood Brown in his first season. Royals is likely a waiver wire guy in 2025. 4for4 Rank: WR100 ADP: 212, WR82

🏴‍☠️ Las Vegas Raiders - Geno Smith (QB) & Ashton Jeanty (RB) Both guys are important to the 2025 season as Smith provides some stability under center and Jeanty is a dual-threat monster. 4for4 Ranks: Smith QB21, Jeanty RB5 ADPs: Smith 153, QB25 Jeanty 7, RB4

⚡️ Los Angeles Chargers - Omarion Hampton (RB) While the landing spot is good, the Chargers added Najee Harris a few weeks before the draft, making that RB room a bit murky. It’s tough to see anything more than an RB2 rookie season for Hampton. 4for4 Rank: RB23 ADP: 41, RB15

🐏 Los Angeles Rams - Davante Adams (WR) Despite playing for both LV and NY last season, Adams managed another 1,000+ yards and is in line for another productive year in LA. He’s a solid WR2 and could sneak into WR1 territory if Puka Nacua misses any time. 4for4 Rank: WR13 ADP: 38, WR19

🐬 Miami Dolphins - N/A - No major fantasy-relevant additions this offseason

😈 Minnesota Vikings - Jordan Mason (RB) He’ll be the handcuff for Aaron Jones and is coming off another injury, but Mason is in a great spot if he gets the chance to perform. 4for4 Rank: RB49 ADP: 109, RB35

🎖️ New England Patriots - Stefon Diggs (WR) He’s still working his way back from a torn ACL, but Diggs could give us a WR3 season if everything goes his way. 4for4 Rank: WR37 ADP: 96, WR57

⚜️ New Orleans Saints - Tyler Shough (QB) We’re expecting a QB battle between Shough and Rattler. Regardless, the rookie is not relevant in redraft outside of 2QB and superflex, and even then, he’d be a QB3. 4for4 Rank: QB29, ADP: 204, QB31

🧢 New York Giants - Russell Wilson (QB) He’ll be the starter at least for Week 1, but expectations should be lowered (if they aren’t already) for Wilson in 2025. He’s a fantasy QB3. 4for4 Rank: QB31 ADP: 199, QB29

✈️ New York Jets - Justin Fields (QB) The former Bear and Steeler gets fresh start No. 3 in New York. His weaponry and dual-threat ability make Fields an intriguing QB option for fantasy purposes this year. 4for4 Rank: QB10 ADP: 110, QB13

*TE Mason Taylor is a close second

🦅 Philadelphia Eagles - N/A - No major fantasy-relevant additions this offseason

🍔 Pittsburgh Steelers - Kaleb Johson (RB) & DK Metcalf (WR) It was tough to pick one as both of these guys should be impactful in real and fantasy life. 4for4 Ranks: Johnson RB25 Metcalf (WR28) ADPs: Johnson 71, RB25, Metcalf 57, WR28 QB29

⛏️ San Francisco 49ers - N/A - No major fantasy-relevant additions this offseason

🌊 Seattle Seahawks - Cooper Kupp (WR) While the addition of Sam Darnold is also significant, Kupp may have more relevance for our purposes. He’s coming off a down year, but both Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are gone, so there’s some opportunity there if he can remain healthy. 4for4 Rank: WR42 ADP: 102, WR46

🏴‍☠️ Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Emeka Egbuka (WR) It’s standing room only in the TB WR room, so the rookie will need to stand out early and often for any fantasy goodness in 2025. 4for4 Rank: WR83 ADP: 111, WR49

🛡️ Tennessee Titans - Cam Ward (QB) The Titans added quite a few interesting weapons this offseason, with Ward boasting the most star power. He should be considered a QB2 but has the talent to surprise as a top 15 QB. 4for4 Rank: QB27 ADP: 155, QB26

🪖 Washington Commanders - Deebo Samuel (WR) He’s coming off a steep decline, but gets a new start in Washington. Consider Samuel a fantasy WR4 for the Commanders. 4for4 Rank: WR41 ADP: 81, WR39

Welcome to DLF Roundup. Each week, Ryan McDowell brings you a quick look at some of the dynasty happenings taking place over at Dynasty League Football.

With the excitement of the biggest events of the NFL off-season now in the past, dynasty managers can solely focus on building and improving their squads. A huge part of that improvement is making trades. I love all of the trade-focused content we offer at DLF. Our latest comes from Wyatt Bertolone, Four Tight Ends to Buy, Sell or Hold in Dynasty Leagues.

I completely agree with the advice regarding a player who has lost value over the past year…

Mark Andrews, TE BAL – Hold

It was an interesting year for Andrews in 2024. Early in the season, Isaiah Likely had the bigger games, and people began to worry, but Andrews got back to his old ways over the rest of the season. Scoring a career high 11 touchdowns, Andrews averaged 11.1 PPR PPG. Andrews’ target volume, however, fell as he had his lowest targets per game rate since his rookie season. He is still a great red zone threat, but he may not command the same target share we’re used to. Is it time to get out?

The Move – Andrews’ range of outcomes moving forward is quite wide. There’s a chance his slow start to 2024 is due to him still recovering from his tight rope surgery the year prior, and a car accident right before the season. Also, he could be starting to slow down as he approaches 30 years old. Andrews is being valued around TE8, which is a fair price. I don’t want to buy any more shares, but I want to hold on to the ones I have in case he’s still going to be highly productive.
