TNF Preview and a Look Ahead

In partnership with

Who’s ready for some old-fashioned NFC East football to kick off the 2025 NFL season? Welcome to Thursday’s edition of the Deep Dive Fantasy Newsletter, where I’ll take a look ahead, preview a bet for the TNF matchup, and, of course, share the happenings over at 4for4. (The future Thursday’s newsletter will also have buy/sell/hold once we get rolling)

Here are some stashes ahead of Week 1.

🐂 Woody Marks, RB - Texans (9% rostered)- Joe Mixon is on the reverse/non-football injury (NFI) list, forcing him to miss at least the first four games of the season. Then we have Texans GM Nick Caserio being noncommittal about whether he will play at all in 2025. That leaves Nick Chubb and Dameon Pierce to likely handle the early down work at least to start the year, but Marks could be the sneaky add as the rookie could see more work as a quick pass option for C.J. Stroud.

🪖Chris Rodriguez, RB -Commanders (8% rostered) - With Brian Robinson traded to the 49ers, the Washington backfield is in flux. Most managers ran to draft Bill Croskey-Merritt, but Rodriguez could be highly in the mix. He had some flashes last season, including a Week 13 outing of 13 carries for 94 rushing yards and a score, and if the rookie isn’t ready right away could be someone worth rostering.

🐈‍⬛ Ja'Tavion Sanders, TE - Panthers(2% rostered) We’re expecting a jump for Carolina this season if Bryce Young can build upon his strong finish from last year. If you waited on TE in your draft or are planning on streaming, Sanders is someone who could quietly see an expanded role in 2025. There’s also the matter of Adam Thielen no longer in town and Jaen Coker starting out on IR, to sweeten the pot.

The Eagles play host to NFC East rival Dallas tonight, which should be a fun one.

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.
