Last night’s game was a rough one to watch for the average NFL fan, but thankfully we had fantasy football to keep us invested. Lucky Week 13 is here, and in this edition of the Deep Dive Fantasy Newsletter, I’ll cover waiver wire adds, players to consider streaming, and of course, the happenings over at 4for4.

With only a few weeks left until the fantasy postseason, time is dwindling to add to your rosters. Here are some of the best options available for picking up ahead of Week 13.

🪖 Curtis Samuel WR, Commanders (28% rostered)

Last week Samuel saw a season-high 27.2% target share which he turned into an additional 2023-high 100 receiving yards. This week he’ll face a Miami secondary that has proven vulnerable to slot receivers. Another double-digit fantasy day is a possibility before an untimely Week 14 bye.

🎖️ Demario Douglas WR, Patriots (36% rostered)

Douglas may miss this week due to a concussion so that needs monitoring, but he’s continuing to operate as the Patriots WR1 with an average of eight targets in each of the last four games. He hasn’t found the end zone yet but the next few contests against the Chargers and Steelers should allow for some flex play for Douglas.

🐆 D’Ernest Johnson RB, Jaguars (25% rostered)

Travis Etienne is still the lead back but Johnson was in on 39% of the snaps last week and has seen eight touches in each of the past two contests. The Jags could get up early in their next two contests, creating more opportunity for Johnson.
