Well, at least one of last night’s games was fruitful for fantasy football purposes. Having two MNF contests is strange and something I’m not too fond of. Oh well, onto Week 16 and one week closer to hoisting those championship trophies! This newsletter features some key adds and streamers for this week’s slate.

If you’re still reading this it means you’re in contention, or you’re just a fantasy football sicko and either is very acceptable. Here are some players who could help you get one step further or possibly block your opponent from doing so.

🐶 Jerome Ford, RB - Browns (44% rostered)

With Nick Chubb now out for the season with a broken foot, it’s empty-the-wallet time for Ford. He‘ll be back to early season usage and gets the Bengals this week who rank 25th in RB aFPA.

⚜️ Kendre Miller, RB - Saints (12% rostered)

He’s had 19 carries for 78 yards and a touchdown over the last two weeks, and Alvin Kamara is dealing with a groin injury. We probably won’t know Kamara’s status until later in the week but Miller is worth rostering as insurance. It’s not an even swap here so don’t spend everything to acquire the 22-year-old

🏴‍☠️ Jalen McMillan, WR - Buccaneers (9% rostered)

We’ve now seen back-to-back solid performances from McMillan with nine receptions for 134 yards and three touchdowns in those two contests. This week he gets the Cowboys who surrender the second most in WR aFPA to enemy wideouts this season (32.5).

🐆 Brenton Strange, TE - Jaguars (2% rostered)

The third-year TE was a solid fill-in for Evan Engram last week, posting 11 catches for 73 yards on 12 targets with the former on IR. This is his second stint as the starter this season and he was among the top 10 TE during that span. Strange has a plus matchup this week, too as Vegas ranks 30th in TE aFPA in 2024.
