Welcome to Thursday’s edition of the Deep Dive Fantasy Newsletter, where I’ll take a look at the fantasy marketplace, preview a bet for the TNF matchup, and, of course, share the happenings over at 4for4. We get a hopefully exciting NFC West matchup tonight, so let’s get into it!

Buys

🐯 WR Ja’Marr Chase, Bengals - Chase posted just 6.4 in half-PPR scoring in the first full game without Joe Burrow, and managers are likely panicking. He did lead the team in targets with a solid 23% share, and better days are ahead.

 🏴‍☠️ TE Brock Bowers, Raiders- He’s the TE8 through three weeks, and those who drafted him are likely dissatisfied with how 2025 has started for Bowers. He has been dealing wth a knee issue, but played through it, and Geno Smith is starting to cook. Grab Bowers now while his price is likely the lowest.

🎖️ RB TreVeyon Henderson, Patriots - Both Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson fumbled last week, creating a much clearer path forward for Henderson to take the lead back role.

Sells

🛡️ RB Tony Pollard, Titans - His rushing usage has been solid, but Pollard’s targets have not been. He has just three catches through three contests, and Cam Ward has not been checking down. Plus, Tajae Spears will be back soon, making Pollard a sell-high candidate.

🎖️TE Hunter Henry, Patriots - Henry leads all skill New England non-QBs in fantasy points (35.0) and has the most targets in the Patriots offense with 22. Meanwhile, there are five other guys with double-digit targets so far in 2025, which could make for a messy rest of the season and, therefore, inconsistency from Henry. The TE position is perennially gross, so managers are always looking for an upgrade. If you need RB3, WR3, or flex help, Henry could be a solid piece to move.
